Eric Alberts, RN, PMH-BC/Owner
Eric serves as an owner, aesthetic provider and clinic manager at No Filter Medical Aesthetics & Wellness. Eric shares 9 years of practicing medicine as a registered nurse in various healthcare settings. Eric shares the passion of giving the gift of immediate results and tailoring his patients treatment plan that coincides with their need. Eric's life quote, "Aspire to inspire before you expire."
Amber Lacina, MS, APMHNP-BC/Owner
Amber serves as the medical director, owner and provider at No Filter Medical Aesthetics and Wellness. With her background in psychiatry, Amber strives to meld the world of aesthetics and wellness under one umbrella. Amber resides in Cedar Falls with her husband Luke and four kiddos Ava, Knox, Winslow, Esmé and their furbaby, Nala. Amber obtained her masters in nursing, specializing in psychiatry and operates as an advanced practice nurse practitioner graduating from Allen College in 2012. Amber believes the importance of a comprehensive "whole person" approach when it comes to treating her patients, taking into consider the mind, body and soul.
Abbey Gelner, Registered Nurse
Abbey is our clinic nurse who functions as an aesthetic injector, health coach and IV infusion specialist. Abbey has over 9 years of experience as a nurse. Abbeys background include ophthalmology, medical/surgical nursing and labor and delivery. Abbey lives in Denver, Iowa with her 7 kiddos, husband and fur child. Abbey loves to travel in her free time and spend it with family.
Niki Hart, Master Aesthetician
Niki is a Master Aesthetician and has over 15 years in aesthetic medicine. Niki serves as No Filters laser expert, sharing her passion of using laser devices to enhance the appearance and youthfulness of the skin. Niki has trained with some of the leading service providers in the country and is excited to share her knowlege and deliver top results. Niki lives in Grundy Center with her husband, three step sons and two pups.
Kate Franklin, Medical Aesthetician
Kate is our Aesthetician & skin health expert. With 6 years experience in the aesthetics industry plus 10 years in the medical field, she's got you covered! Specializing in customized skincare routines & advanced aesthetic facial treatments. "Relaxation meets result driven treatments" is Kates vibe with every client. Originally from NC, she now lives in Cedar Falls with her husband & two cats. When she's not working, you can find her relaxing at home, playing video games or cooking!
